Job summary

CSUSB Latino Alumni Chapter is looking for a part-time behavior analyst to provide training and support for parents of children with developmental disabilities. This role involves developing lesson plans, evaluating progress, and ensuring compliance with funding requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a MA or MS degree in a related field and experience in behavior modification techniques. This temporary position offers a salary of $28.55 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must have experience working with children and/or parents of children with developmental disabilities.
• Must have strong knowledge of behavior health such as ABA or discrete trial training.
• Candidate must be a Mandated Reporter and possess a current CPR certificate.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledge and training to parents on behavior modification.
• Develop lesson plans for parent training.
• Evaluate parents' progress in understanding behavior modification techniques.

Skills

Knowledge of behavior modification techniques

Experience with children with developmental disabilities

Education

MA or MS in a related field (Special Education, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling)
