Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age and attending school.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Experience in the supervision of multiple children is preferred.

• Ability to relate to, welcome, and communicate with diverse groups of people regardless of age, race, economic status, religion, or cultural differences.

Responsibilities

• Connect with program participants, parents, and supervisors with a warm, engaging demeanor.
• Actively engage with and provide quality care for program participants.
• Assist in the implementation of lessons and lead safe activities during planned programs.
