Job summary

Charter Schools USA Inc. seeks a part-time Before & After Care Worker at Innovation Preparatory Academy to supervise students in before and after school programs and maintain a safe, orderly environment.

You will support activities in the cafeteria, playground, and designated areas, ensure student sign-in/sign-out, and assist with homework and snacks while upholding CSUSA policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher education credential.
• Previous experience as daycare assistant or summer camp counselor, preferred.
• Commitment to company values.
• Such alternatives to the above requirements as CSUSA may find appropriate and acceptable.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Follow sign-in and dismissal procedures for Before Care.
• Follow sign-in and dismissal procedures for After Care.
• Monitor students.
• Assist with snacks and playground activities.
• Tutor and assist students with homework.
• Resolve conflicts with children and parents.
