Job summary

Palm Beach Tan in West Lafayette, IN is seeking a friendly Beauty Consultant Part Time to join a vibrant, professional team. You will help customers, promote products, and deliver excellent service in a fast-paced salon environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail or customer service environment.
• Able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods (7+ hours) and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Handle cash, open/close the business, and complete daily paperwork.
