Palm Beach Tan in Newburgh, IN is seeking a Beauty Consultant for a part-time role to join a vibrant, professional team. You will engage customers, promote products, and contribute to a fun, goal-driven environment.

The position offers base pay plus commissions and bonuses, with employee discounts and opportunities for advancement. Training in customer service and sales will be provided to help you grow within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to stand for 7+ hours.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on tanning practices and retail items.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Cash handling, opening/closing duties.
• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking.
