Job summary

Palm Beach Tan in Plainfield, Indiana, is seeking a friendly Beauty Consultant for a full-time role. You will represent our brand in a vibrant, professional setting, delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales.

Base pay plus commission, flexible schedule, and performance bonuses with discounts on products. Training, advancement opportunities, and a welcoming team environment are offered to help you grow your career.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail or customer service environment.
• Able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods (7+ hours).
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Open/close the business as needed.
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and track goals.
