Palm Beach Tan is seeking a Beauty Consultant to join our team in a full-time role. You will represent our brand with a friendly, enthusiastic demeanor and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced salon environment.

We offer base pay plus commission and bonus opportunities, flexible schedules, ongoing training, employee discounts on skincare products, and potential for advancement within the company. A welcoming, team-oriented atmosphere helps you grow while meeting daily sales goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• Ability to stand and be on your feet for long periods (7+ hours).
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals and contribute to daily/weekly/monthly targets.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on tanning practices and retail items.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Open/close the business as needed.
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and track goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent.


• Must be at least 18 years of age


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment


• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day


• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance


• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
