Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. in Pembroke Pines, FL is seeking a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor for a part-time role.

You will create a memorable shopping experience, assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, and guide customers through product knowledge and promotions. You’ll build relationships, inform customers about loyalty programs, set up displays, complete transactions, and maintain a welcoming store.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management clearly.
• Capable of applying product knowledge training to assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and merchandise for sales events.
• Ensure customers are enrolled in the Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
