Job summary

Sally Beauty LLC is hiring a part-time Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor in Pembroke Pines, FL. You will create a memorable shopping experience, assist with hair color, cosmetics, skincare, and nails, and guide customers through their beauty journey with knowledge from Sally Beauty training.

You will build relationships, recommend products, inform customers of promotions, set up displays, enroll customers in the Loyalty program, and handle transactions while maintaining store standards and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred
• Must be available to meet scheduling needs of the business
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management clearly
• Ability to apply product knowledge training to customer service
• Can read and explain product labels
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
