Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. in Braintree, MA is seeking a part-time Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to create memorable shopping experiences. You will guide customers through hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, building loyalty and driving sales while learning Sally Beauty’s extensive product lines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years retail sales or customer service preferred.
• Available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to execute knowledge from product knowledge training to support with customer service.
• Can read and explain product labels.
• Can follow direction and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate our Sally Beauty Culture Values.
