Qualifications

• Client-facing retail or service experience is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to influence clearly.
• Knowledge of beauty products and trends is beneficial.
• Ability to work flexible days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build client loyalty by identifying needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and beauty trends to clients.
• Demonstrate products and application techniques to inspire purchases.
• Complete required training to expand knowledge.
• Maintain Sephora at Kohl’s visual merchandising and department standards.
• Support omni-processing and inventory from receipt to sale, including replenishment and price changes.
• Assist in department cleanliness, hygiene, and communication of damaged product to supervisor.
