Job summary

Intermountain Centers in Phoenix seeks a BCBA Clinical Supervisor to provide direct clinical oversight, supervision, and support to staff delivering ABA services. The role emphasizes adherence to regulatory standards and a commitment to clinical excellence.

You will work with the Clinical Director to implement strategies, ensure licensing and documentation compliance, and support staff development, performance, and quality outcomes across AHCCCS and BACB requirements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Four years of related ABA experience.
• Two years of supervisory experience.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst and licensed by the Arizona Board.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct clinical supervision to staff to ensure high-quality ABA services.
• Reviews referrals for clinical appropriateness based on member’s needs.
• Leads recruitment and hiring of new staff.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and documentation standards are met.

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related field
