Job summary

Lighthouse ABA in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a Part-Time BCBA / LBA to support children with developmental disabilities in person.

You’ll conduct FBAs and design positive behavior support plans, mentor staff, and collaborate with families and our clinical team to drive meaningful progress.

New grads are welcome; mentorship is provided and there is room to grow within a supportive, team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in ABA or related field with BCBA certification.
• Experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• New grads welcome with mentorship available.

Responsibilities

• Investigate & Innovate: Conduct FBAs and design positive behavior support plans that actually work for the child’s unique world.
• Lead & Inspire: Coach and mentor our dedicated behavior technicians/staff, teaching them everything from proactive strategies to top-tier de-escalation techniques.
• Pivot with Data: Monitor progress and fluidly adjust programming to ensure our kids are hitting those milestone victories.
• Collaborate: Work hand-in-hand with families and our robust internal clinical team to build an ecosystem of success.
