Job summary

Lighthouse is seeking a Part-Time BCBA/LBA in Salt Lake City, UT for an in-person role. The position offers $90-$100 per hour based on experience and room to grow within the team.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s Degree in ABA (or related field) with BCBA certification; LBA is a plus. You’ll work closely with a collaborative clinical team to support children with IDD and partner with families to drive meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in ABA (or related field) + BCBA certification.
• LBA certification is highly preferred.
• Experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Investigate & Innovate: Conduct FBAs and design positive behavior support plans.
• Lead & Inspire: Mentor our behavior technicians and staff with proactive strategies and de-escalation techniques.
• Pivot with Data: Monitor progress and adjust programming to reach milestones.
• Collaborate: Work with families and the clinical team to build a success-focused ecosystem.
