Job summary

Lighthouse CH is seeking a Part-Time BCBA/LBA in Ogden, Utah, to work in-person with our clinical team. You will lead functional behavior assessments and develop personalized support plans for children with developmental challenges.

You’ll mentor a dedicated staff and collaborate with families to ensure consistent, data-driven progress, while benefiting from a supportive, mentorship-rich environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA (or related field) and current BCBA certification.
• LBA certification is highly preferred.
• Experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Fresh grads welcome with mentorship from the clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and design positive behavior support plans.
• Coach and mentor behavior technicians and staff.
• Monitor progress and adjust programming based on data.
• Collaborate with families and the internal clinical team.

What We’re Looking For:

• The Credentials: Master’s Degree in ABA (or related field) + a current BCBA certification. (LBA certification is highly preferred, but let’s talk!).
