Job summary

Lighthouse in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a Part-Time BCBA/LBA to provide high-quality ABA therapy in person. The role offers $90-$100 per hour and room to grow, with mentorship and strong clinical support.

You will conduct FBAs, design behavior support plans, coach staff, and collaborate with families and our clinical team to help children reach milestones. Fresh grads are welcome; BCBA required, LBA preferred, and experience with individuals with IDD is valued.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in ABA (or related field) required.
• Current BCBA certification required.
• LBA certification preferred.
• Experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Investigate & Innovate: Conduct FBAs and design positive behavior support plans tailored to each child.
• Lead & Inspire: Coach and mentor staff, teaching proactive strategies and de-escalation techniques.
• Pivot with Data: Monitor progress and adjust programming to hit milestone goals.
• Collaborate: Work with families and the clinical team to build a successful support ecosystem.
