Job summary

Covenant Health's Peninsula Behavioral Health unit seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for Unit C - IDD. This part-time role involves 48 hours per pay period with day shifts, supporting assessment, planning, and supervision within a dedicated care team.

You will lead data-driven treatment planning, mentor RBT staff, and collaborate with families and hospital partners to improve patient outcomes. A BCBA certification is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited behavior analysis or psychology program or Master’s in education.
• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Prior experience in behavioral health or autism services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial intakes and behavioral assessments with care planning.
• Develop Behavioral Intervention Plans to reduce harmful behaviors.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and staff under supervision.
• Coordinate with families and referral sources for information and progress.
• Document and update care records; monitor data and adjust plans.
