Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year experience as a behavior analyst, preferably in clinical or educational settings.
Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.

Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop effective intervention strategies.
Design and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
Supervise and train behavior technicians and therapists.
Continuously monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
