Job summary

Accurateaba is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Ellicott City, Maryland. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree, BCBA certification, and at least one year of experience in a clinical or educational setting. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, creating behavior intervention plans, and training staff. Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a behavior analyst, preferably in clinical or educational settings.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop effective intervention strategies.
• Design and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Supervise and train behavior technicians and therapists.
• Continuously monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
