Job summary

AnthroMed Education (School Services) is seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a therapeutic center serving K–12 students in a structured school setting in Burbank, CA. The role is onsite and focuses on direct client support.

Schedule is roughly 17.5 hours per week (about 2.5 days), with alternating weeks between 2 and 3 days. Compensation is $56–$60 per hour, with ASAP start through May 26, 2027, offering a meaningful opportunity to impact student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification/licensure.
• Experience working with school-age students preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for supporting students with behavioral needs.
• Ability to work onsite in a therapeutic school environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral support and consultation for students
• Assess and address behavioral needs within the school setting
• Develop and implement appropriate behavior strategies and interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other members of the school team
• Monitor student progress and make recommendations based on observed needs
• Support staff in implementing consistent behavioral strategies
• Help create a positive, structured, and supportive environment for students
