Job summary

AnthroMed Education is seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support K–12 students at a therapeutic center in Burbank, IL. The role is onsite, about 17.5 hours weekly, with a flexible schedule of 2 or 3 days per week and dates ASAP–May 26, 2027.

You will provide behavioral assessment, develop interventions, train staff, and collaborate with teachers and therapists to promote positive outcomes in a structured school environment.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification/licensure is required.
• Experience with school-age students preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration with teachers and therapists.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral support and consultation for students.
• Assess and address behavioral needs within the school setting.
• Develop and implement appropriate behavior strategies and interventions.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other members of the school team.
• Monitor student progress and make recommendations based on observed needs.
• Support staff in implementing consistent behavioral strategies.
• Help create a positive, structured, and supportive environment for students.
