Wild Sun Behavioral Services LLC in Erie, CO is seeking a Part-Time BCBA who will transition to full-time as the organization grows. The role emphasizes ethical, trauma-informed ABA, small caseloads, and strong supervision. Flexible schedule and limited travel are offered within a 10 mile radius.

Ideal candidates have a BCBA certification, 3+ years ABA experience, and at least 1 year supervising technicians. The team values clinician well-being and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience implementing ABA services.
• At least 1 year supervising behavior technicians.
• Strong skills in functional assessments, treatment planning, data collection, and monitoring progress.

Responsabilités

• Meet weekly billable expectations (Part-Time: 15 billable hours).
• Conduct and evaluate assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment goals from functional data.
• Provide consistent supervision to behavior technicians.
• Train RBTs in treatment implementation.
• Coordinate client and technician schedules.
• Participate in staff trainings and team meetings.
• Maintain timely documentation and data collection.
