Child & Family Development seeks a qualified BCBA to join our small, highly effective ABA program on a part-time basis. The role supports services across clinic, home, and community locations with flexibility for the right fit.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience, BCBA certification, NC LBA licensure, and active BACB Supervisor Credential. Travel between offices and collaboration with the team are key components.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and NC LBA licensure required.
• Master's in behavior analysis, psychology or related field.
• Active BACB Supervisor Credential preferred; strong knowledge of ABA therapies.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services to children in clinic, home, or community settings.
• Supervise technicians/RBTs and train caregivers.
• Coordinate scheduling, documentation, and insurance/billing considerations.
