Job summary

Key Autism Services is seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Colorado, Parker area, to support children and families across center-based, in-home, or hybrid settings. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and mentor RBTs while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to deliver quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, home-based services when needed, and no weekend requirements, with a competitive compensation of $60-$70 per hour

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• LABA certification where required by state.
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfortable providing home-based services and family collaboration.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and reassessments and write progress reports.
• Develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and analyze treatment data.
• Provide caregiver coaching and parent support.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments when clinically appropriate.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.

Education
