Job summary

Next Level ABA in the MetroWest Boston area is seeking a BCBA to lead clinical services in a collaborative team, providing data-driven ABA services in home-based settings and supporting caregivers.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and current BCBA licensure with MA LABA in good standing; experience in home-based ABA is desirable; after-school/evening availability is required; strong interpersonal skills and the ability to train staff are essential.

Qualifications

• Licensure: BCBA and LABA licensure in MA in good standing.
• Education: Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Experience: Home-based ABA experience desirable.
• Availability for after-school/evening hours.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data to promote socially significant change.
• Provide modeling and training to staff on working with individuals who engage in interfering behaviors.
• Promote least restrictive methodologies by using up-to-date research.
• Conduct, write, and analyze functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plans.
• Identify patient skill deficits for targeting through standardized assessment tools.
• Develop collaborative relationships to train caregivers and staff across environments.
• Monitor progress and evaluate treatment effectiveness regularly.
• Identify goals and non-aversive intervention techniques as a priority.
