Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy in Chesapeake, VA is seeking a part-time BCBA to provide clinical oversight, treatment planning, staff supervision, and caregiver support. This position is designed for a clinician who can sustain a dependable part-time schedule while meeting documentation and client-care commitments.

You will complete assessments, develop plans, supervise RBTs, collaborate with families and schools, and ensure timely documentation.

Qualifications

Current BCBA certification in good standing.
VA LBA.
Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field.
Experience with treatment planning and direct-care staff supervision.
Ability to maintain the recurring availability and service model listed in the posting.
Strong organization, clinical judgment, and professional communication.

Responsibilities

Complete assessments, treatment plans, reassessments, and program updates for an assigned part-time caseload.
Review data and adjust treatment based on progress and clinical need.
Supervise and coach RBTs and BTs in accordance with BACB and organizational requirements.
Collaborate with caregivers, schools, providers, and internal teams as appropriate.
Maintain timely and accurate clinical, payer, and authorization documentation.
Communicate availability and coverage needs clearly.
