Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy is hiring a part-time BCBA to provide high-quality clinical oversight, treatment planning, staff supervision, and caregiver support. This role is designed for a clinician who can maintain a dependable part-time schedule while meeting documentation, supervision, and client-care commitments.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• MD LBA.
• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field.
• Experience with treatment planning and direct-care staff supervision.
• Ability to maintain the recurring availability and service model listed in the posting.
• Strong organization, clinical judgment, and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments, treatment plans, reassessments, and program updates for an assigned part-time caseload.
• Review data and adjust treatment based on progress and clinical need.
• Supervise and coach RBTs and BTs in accordance with BACB and organizational requirements.
• Collaborate with caregivers, schools, providers, and internal teams as appropriate.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical, payer, and authorization documentation.
• Communicate availability and coverage needs clearly.
