Qualifications

• BCBA or BCaBA in good standing required.
• Hands-on ABA experience and strong clinical judgment.
• Able to independently manage clinical responsibilities.
• Enjoy mentoring and developing direct-care staff.
• Excellent communication with families, staff, and professionals.
• Organized and able to maintain documentation and caseloads.

Responsabilités

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized behavior plans.
• Review data and make clinically informed treatment decisions.
• Supervise, mentor, and support ABA Therapists and RBTs.
• Provide caregiver and staff training.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals.
• Complete clinical documentation and monitor client progress.
• Support skill development across communication, social, behavioral, adaptive, and independence goals.
• Provide hands-on clinical support, modeling, and consultation.
• Participate in social skills or other specialized programming.
• Help create environments where clients and staff can be successful.
