Board Certified Behavior Analyst – Dedham

Position Overview

Clinical & Administrative Support

• Hybrid flexibility for supervision (when appropriate) and administrative tasks.
• Clinical Supervisors for case consultation and guidance.
• Transdisciplinary partners for collaboration across specialties.
• Care Coordinators for scheduling and day‑to‑day logistics.
• BT Managers for performance and operational support.
• BT Trainers who lead 3‑week orientation and support BCAT testing.

Learning & Advancement

• Internal CEUs and virtual trainings.
• Clinical Rounds and company‑wide All Brains, ABA, Developmental Therapies, and Medical meetings.
• Clinical ladder with progression from BCBA I–IV.

• Continuing Education Stipend: $2,000 annually.

Compensation & Productivity

• Productivity: Between 100 and 115 billable hours per month.
• Part‑time: $70‑$80 per hour (80% clinical, 20% admin – same rate).
• Full‑time: $81,700 and $102,200 + Bonus: $61 to $76 for each additional billable hour + up to 10% of monthly salary based on ABA direct service hours.
• First‑Year Signing Bonus: Up to $5,000.

• Master’s degree in human services or a related field required.
• BCBA (Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst) certification required.
• LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) certification preferred.
