Job summary

ESCO, a division of Eurpac Service, Inc., seeks a part-time Base Manager for the Ft. Belvoir commissary. This role involves shelf maintenance, stock planning, and collaboration with the Area Manager to optimize item distribution and displays on a military base.

Candidates should be able to travel for store resets and pass background checks. The position offers a 25-hour work week at $22 per hour with the potential for additional duties as assigned by the AM.

Responsibilities

• Perform base manager duties at Fort Belvoir commissary as assigned.
• Expand distribution of new items and meet speed-to-shelf targets.
• Collaborate with CAO to manage shelf maximums and stock levels.
• Ensure display, promotions, pricing, and shelf tags are maintained.
• Process vendor credits and price reduction agreements timely.
• Maintain store calls and communicate issues to the AM.
• Check dates, rotate stock, and manage weekly DSD/DSDS orders.
• Build relationships with store personnel and complete special projects.
