Eurpac Service, Inc. is seeking a part-time Base Manager at the Ft. Belvoir commissary in Virginia.

This role is ideal for a spouse, student or retiree, with duties including daily operations support, shelf management and collaboration with account teams to maintain distribution and planogram adherence. Responsibilities include stocking, display activity, vendor relations and timely processing of credits and pricing adjustments.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail operations on commissaries is a plus.
• Ability to manage shelf stock and display activities.
• Comfort with using company software tools (EAGLE Eye / Retail IQ)

Responsibilities

• Perform daily tasks to support operations at designated commissaries.
• Maintain product distribution and expand item reach.
• Collaborate with CAO to manage shelf max for all SKUs.
• Stock shelves during out-of-stocks and organize displays.
• Ensure timely processing of VCMs and VPRAs.
• Communicate store issues to the Area Manager.
• Ensure proper code dates and product rotation.
• Handle weekly DSD/DSDS orders.
• Build positive relationships with store personnel.
