Responsibilities

• Expand distribution of new items using guidance from the Area Manager to meet 30-day speed to shelf.
• Collaborate with the CAO to manage shelf maximums for all SKUs.
• Proactively stock shelves when out-of-stocks occur and backstock exists.
• Secure and build displays; coordinate product demonstrations.
• Manage shelf-facing tasks: facings, resets, signs, pricing and shelf tags.
• Process Vendor Credit Memos (VCMs) and Vendor Price Reduction Agreements (VPRAs).
• Maintain regular store calls and communicate issues to the AM promptly.
• Check code dates and rotate products.
• Manage weekly DSD/DSDS orders and utilize EAGLE Eye and Retail IQ tools.
• Report store conditions using company systems and tools.
