Job summary

ESCO, a division of Eurpac Service, Inc., is seeking a part-time Retail Merchandiser for the Pensacola commissary. The role supports operations, stocking, and display execution across assigned locations.

Candidates should be self-motivated, organized, and able to work collaboratively with store personnel. The position offers 21 hours per week at $16.00–$19.00 per hour, with occasional travel and base access requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising, stocking and shelf management.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment across multiple commissaries.
• Proven reliability and strong communication with store personnel.

Responsibilities

• Call on assigned Commissary and complete tasks from company tools and AM guidance.
• Manage shelf maxes and coordinate with CAO for stock levels.
• Stock shelves and backstock when needed; ensure display and demos as required.
• Handle shelf maintenance: facings, resets, pricing and shelf tags.
