The World Equestrian Center in Ocala, FL is seeking a Barback (Part Time) for Yellow Pony. You will support bartenders, stock supplies, and maintain a clean, efficient bar area while assisting with guest service and payments.

Ideal candidates should be team players with basic math and computer skills, strong service etiquette, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. TIPS certification is preferred and a professional appearance is required.

Responsabilités

• Assists with opening and closing duties, such as restocking the bar with garnishes, straws, and napkins.
• Keeps bar well-stocked with ice, liquor, wine, and beer.
• Checks taps and appliances to confirm equipment is working properly; changes out kegs as needed.
• Keeps the bar clean by wiping surfaces, sweeping/mopping, and removing soiled glassware.
• Knowledgeable in menu items and cocktail recipes.
• Assists in taking orders, preparing drinks, opening tabs, and processing payments.
• Communicate with customers, answering questions, handling concerns or complaints.
• Maintain records and report levels of usage to assist in reordering.
