Job summary

This role requires safety awareness, excellent service, and cash handling with POS; TIPS certification is preferred or must be obtained within 30 days of hire. Flexible hours include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience as bartender or in a food and beverage role.
• Knowledge of drink mixing, garnishing, and serving techniques.
• Ability to handle cash and use POS systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• TIPS certification (or must be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Mix, pour, and serve beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
• Set up and stock the bar before each shift or event.
• Maintain cleanliness and health standards of the bar area.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible beverage service guidelines.
• Process guest payments accurately using POS systems.
• Assist with inventory and report shortages to Bar Manager.
