• Prepares and serves beverages to guests in bar area in a friendly, courteous and timely manner.
• Adheres to liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Sets up bars and stocks beer, wine, spirits, glassware, and bar supplies.
• Maintains stock and garnish prep to ensure product quality.
• Greets guests and processes drink orders, ensuring proper portion control.
• Checks IDs and enforces liquor laws as trained.
• Handles cash transactions and secures cash drops.
• Keeps bar area clean and organized and maintains attractive displays.
