Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented bartender to join our team at GRAD Madison-11055. This part-time role requires delivering outstanding guest service, preparing beverages to standard, and ensuring a clean, compliant bar area.

You should have a minimum of high school education and at least three years bartending experience, with preferred bartending and alcohol awareness certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education required.
• At least 3 years bartending experience.
• Certifications in bartending preferred.
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up bar with liquor, juices, mixers and garnishes to spec.
• Keep bar, glassware and cutlery clean and sanitized.
• Verify guests are of legal drinking age.
• Prepare drinks per standards and guest preferences.
• Present bill and process payment.
• Engage and satisfy guests throughout service.
• Monitor for overconsumption and take action.
• Lock up, store items and secure cash drops.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
