Schulte Hospitality Group in Madison, WI seeks a dynamic Bartender to join our team. The role focuses on hospitality, accurate drink preparation, and guest engagement in a fast-paced environment.

You will maintain bar setup, ensure legal alcohol service, handle payments, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere that supports career growth within SHG. Competitive benefits and daily pay options are available.

Qualifications

• High School education required.
• Minimum of three (3) years in a bartending role.
• Bartender certification preferred.
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up bar with appropriate levels of liquor, juices, crushes, additives, soda, etc.
• Ensure that the bar, glasses and cutlery are clean and sanitized.
• Ensure guests are of legal age to consume alcohol.
• Prepare drink orders according to bar standards and guest preferences.
• Present bar bill and take payment.
• Ensure guests are engaged and satisfied.
• Monitor guests for overconsumption of alcohol and take steps as necessary.
• Locks up and store all beverage, food and other equipment items, deposits cash drops and secures bank.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
