Job summary

Harry's Grille & Tavern in Charlotte, NC is seeking a part-time Front of House Bartender to deliver exceptional guest service, keep a clean and stocked bar, and ensure a safe, welcoming atmosphere. You will prepare PSH drinks to standard and manage orders efficiently.

The ideal candidate has basic bartending skills, willingness to learn the menu and cocktails, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided and schedule is varied.

Qualifications

• Prior experience is preferred but not necessary.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Will train for the position.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests promptly and enthusiastically.
• Prepares drinks for servers and guests per management standards in a timely manner.
• Assists guests with questions about the menu or gaming.
• Maintains bar costs by following proper recipes.
• Takes food and drink orders and enters into Jonas POS system.
• Knows the PSH menu and cocktail offerings including draft, wine and alcohol.
• Upsells products to guests.
