Job summary

The Bartender at Harry's Grille & Tavern in Charlotte, NC will provide outstanding customer service, maintain a clean, stocked bar, and ensure a safe and inviting atmosphere. The role requires preparing PSH drinks to standards in a timely and efficient manner.

Hours are varied for a part-time front-of-house position. Prior experience is preferred but training is available; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Adherence to NC alcohol laws is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in bartending preferred; training available.
• Excellent customer service and knowledge of cocktails and beverages.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced bar environment.
• Compliance with state and local alcohol laws.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide outstanding service.
• Prepare drinks per management standards in a timely manner.
• Answer menu questions and upsell products.
• Enter orders into the POS system and process payments.
