Job summary

Harry's Grille & Tavern in Charlotte, NC is seeking a part-time Server. You will take food and beverage orders, upsell items, and deliver drinks and meals with a friendly, customer-first attitude. You will enter orders into the Jonas POS system and help maintain a welcoming dining room.

You must be able to stand for extended periods, carry trays, and follow NC Health Department standards. Alcohol service is limited to guests 21+.

• Must be able to operate Jonas POS and handle payments.

Responsibilities

• Takes food and beverage orders from guests.
• Makes suggestions and upsells on all menu and drink items.
• Enter orders into Jonas POS system.
• Interacts with guests and makes them feel welcome at all times.
• Distributes drinks and meals and maintains the dining area.
• Ensures servers only serve alcohol to guests 21 years or older.
• Keeps area clean and reports to management as needed.
