HEI Hotels and Resorts is hiring a part-time bartender at the Doubletree Pittsburgh Cranberry in Mars, PA. You will serve guests, manage bar setup, stock garnishes, mix drinks, and handle POS transactions with attention to accuracy and guest satisfaction.

The role requires hospitality experience, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This on-site position involves interacting with guests and maintaining high service standards while adhering to regulations.

Formación

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Must communicate well with guests.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Basic math skills for cash handling.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains proper and adequate set-up of the bar on a daily basis.
• Responsible for maintaining stock, cutting, and storing garnishes, juices, and perishables daily.
• Greets guests in a courteous and friendly manner and promotes/document orders for drinks.
• Mixes, garnishes, and presents drinks using standard recipes with prudent portion control.
• Abide by all State, Federal and Corporate requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages.
• Inputs orders into a register at the point of sale and creates a check for each guest to balance all beverages served.
• Receives cash from guests, makes change, verifies charges, and balances money.
• Locks and stores all beverage, food and other equipment items and secures cash drops.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
