HEI Hotels and Resorts seeks a Bartender I at the Doubletree Pittsburgh Cranberry—Mars, PA, on-site. The role focuses on hospitable guest service, precise bar setup, garnishing, drink preparation, and POS transactions with cash handling responsibilities.

The candidate should have strong guest communication, basic beverage knowledge, and the ability to manage garnishes, glassware, and portion control in a fast-paced setting.

Competenze

• Hotel or hospitality experience preferred.
• Must communicate well with guests.
• Basic knowledge of beverage preparation and service of alcoholic drinks.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and operations.
• Dexterity to garnish, mix drinks, and handle glassware.

Mansioni

• Maintains proper and adequate bar setup daily and stocks beer, wine, spirits, and garnishes.
• Greet guests, promote and document drink orders, and present drinks.
• Input orders into POS, generate checks, and balance cash and vouchers.
• Lock and store beverages, food, and equipment; secure bank deposits.
• Adhere to all state, federal, and corporate alcohol-service requirements.
