Job summary

Troon's Brackish Bar & Lounge in Bluffton, SC seeks an experienced Bartender to deliver courteous and efficient service to residents and guests. You will handle orders, cash, and inventory while guiding guests through an extensive beverage menu.

This hourly position includes tips and requires strong cocktail knowledge, ServSafe or TIPS certification, and a commitment to high-quality service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of bartending experience with strong cocktail knowledge.
• Must be ServSafe Food & Alcohol Certified or possess TIPS equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous, and professional bar service to guests.
• Enter orders accurately into the Micros/POS system and process payments.
• Maintain knowledge of cocktails, beverages, and menu items; upsell premium options.
• Keep bar area clean, organized, and stocked; follow safety and hygiene standards.
• Assure proper cash handling and ticket accuracy; balance cash at shift end.
