Embassy Suites by Hilton Asheville Downtown is seeking a Part-Time Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. Join us in crafting great drinks, providing warm guest service, and helping create a welcoming bar atmosphere for hotel guests and visitors.

You’ll mix cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages, handle orders, preserve a clean bar, manage cash and POS transactions, verify IDs, and collaborate with staff to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year bartending experience.
• Must be 21+ years of age to serve alcohol.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, and recommend menu items.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails.
• Verify guest IDs and ensure compliance with state regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar and dining area.
• Handle cash and credit transactions per hotel procedures.
• Collaborate with barbacks and staff for smooth operations.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation standards.
