Parks Hospitality Group is seeking a Part-Time Bartender for Embassy Suites Asheville Downtown in Asheville, NC. The role pays $7.25/hour plus tip pool, with opportunities to earn additional incentives based on performance.

You will craft cocktails, provide exceptional beverage service, keep a clean bar, verify IDs, and work with the team to deliver memorable guest experiences in a lively environment.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of previous bartending experience.
• Strong knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, and provide menu recommendations.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes.
• Verify guest IDs and ensure compliance with state alcohol regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar and dining area.
• Monitor and replenish bar inventory; notify management of supply needs.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions per hotel procedures.
• Collaborate with barbacks and staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards, including chemical handling.
