Job summary

Luminary Hotel & Co. in Naples, FL is seeking a part-time Bartender to craft cocktails and beverages, ensuring exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume setting, with strong customer service and clear communication skills. Proficiency with tablets or iPads is preferred to manage orders and payments.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher.
• Previous hospitality experience required.
• Minimum 2-year bartending experience in high volume bar or restaurant preferably in the Southwest, Florida area.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to use technology e.g. tablets, iPads.

Responsibilities

• Curate guests’ bar experience by making recommendations.
• Knowledge of beverages including liquors and wines.
• Serve guests efficiently and courteously following proper service steps.
• Know cocktail recipes and bar standards as trained by Innovation Management.
• Maintain bar area and clean equipment.
• Handle cash and payments according to procedures.
• Assist with light food running when needed and pair wines with meals.
• Communicate specials and manage stock to avoid shortages.
