Job summary

Luminary Hotel & Co’s Oxbow Bar & Grill seeks an enthusiastic bartender to deliver high-quality cocktails and guest service in a fast-paced environment. You will craft drinks to recipes, suggest pairings, and ensure a welcoming bar experience.

Role requires hospitality experience and 2+ years of bartending in a high-volume setting, preferably in the Southwest/Florida area, with strong customer service and communication skills. Training includes safe alcohol service and POS transactions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher.
• Previous hospitality experience required.
• Minimum 2-year bartending experience in high volume bar or restaurant preferable in the Southwest, Florida area.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to use technology e.g. tablets, iPads.

Responsibilities

• Craft cocktails and beverages per recipes.
• Provide exceptional guest service and recommendations.
• Maintain clean, organized bar area.
• Handle payments accurately.
• Follow responsible alcohol service (TIPS).
• Assist with food running and support kitchen as needed.
