Job summary

Poston Butte Golf Club in Florence, AZ is seeking a part-time Bartender to join Troon’s hospitality team. You will stock, mix, and serve beverages, support inventory controls, and ensure compliance with liquor laws in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol.
• Knowledge of cocktail recipes and wine varieties.
• High school diploma or GED with 1 year bartending experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Stocks the bar, mixes and serves drinks, and assists with inventory and cost control.
• Maintains inventory and communicates when supplies are needed to management.
• Ensures compliance with state liquor laws and company procedures.
• Communicates guest requests to the department manager.
• Performs opening and closing duties, including cash handling and restocking.
• Operates the POS system and processes checks and cash accurately.
• Reviews banquet schedules for events and assists with service.
• Catered parties may be served from service or portable bars.
• Occasionally serves meals and ensures safety in performance.
• Performs other duties as required.
