Job summary

Troon Golf, LLC, West Bay Club in Estero, FL, seeks a Part-Time Bartender to join our hospitality team. You will stock, mix and serve beverages, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with liquor laws while delivering excellent guest service.

The role requires 1 year of bartending experience (or training), knowledge of cocktail recipes, and willingness to work flexible hours. Benefits include healthcare and a 401(k) with employer match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1 year bartending experience and/or training, or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol.
• Knowledge of cocktail recipes and wine varieties; Alcohol Awareness Training.

Responsibilities

• Stocks bar, mixes and serves alcoholic beverages; assists in cost control and inventory records.
• Maintains inventory control and communicates needs to management.
• Ensures compliance with state liquor laws and operating procedures.
• Communicates guest requests and concerns to the Department Manager.
• Performs opening/closing duties: inventory, cash control, cleaning, restocking.
• Uses POS system; handles checks and cash transactions; reviews banquet schedules.
• Serves catered parties from service or portable bars; occasionally serves meals to guests.
• Incorporates safe work practices and performs other duties as required.
