Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains inventory records and cost control.
• Ensures compliance with state liquor laws and SOPs.
• Operates the POS system for transactions.
• Supports banquet and catering service as needed.
• Performs opening and closing duties including cash handling.
• Provides guest service and handles guest requests.
